Tokyo Nohin Daiko Co., Ltd. acts as a key player in fashion logistics, connecting manufacturers and department stores, providing delivery agency services to nationwide department stores, product management and distribution processing, quality inspection and repair services (QC center), information services, and other integrated services combining logistics and information. For the operation of our business, we handle the personal information of customers received from clients under commission contracts for purposes such as inspection or delivery of ordered products or repair items. We may also handle customer corporate information from external information holders for corporate diagnosis through logistics consultation or for judgments or management related to transactions. In view of personal information protection, we have established internal operational rules as “Personal Information Protection Regulations (Compliance Guidelines)” and strive to implement, maintain, and improve them.

We handle the collection, use, and provision of personal information appropriately within the scope of compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other regulations.
2. Compliance with Commission Contracts
Personal information of customers received from clients under commission contracts is used within the scope of contracts with clients, complying with laws and regulations, and managed appropriately. When we re-outsource personal information of clients from clients, we obligate the re-outsourced party through legal actions such as contracts to prevent leakage, disclosure, or re-provision of personal information of clients from clients and ensure appropriate management.
3. Implementation of Security Measures
We establish internal regulations and implement security measures on the technical and organizational aspects to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the risk of loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, etc., of personal information.
4. Respect for the Rights of Information Subjects
